Earlier this May of 2009, the local Task Force 47-74+1 conducted a Stakeholders' Forum to inform local officials and members of the civic society of what has been achieved in the whole year of its operation and advocacy. They were also informed on identified programs that necessitate financial support for its realization. The task force lobbied to the local government to access the special education fund and maximize it to improve the state of elementary education of the city.
In this forum, DepEd-Iligan superientendent Domingo V. Samson (CESO V), bared the achievements of the task force. Below is his presentation:
